Adele Huculak

Adele Huculak holds a Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counselling and is a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) with the BCACC.  She is a Level One trained Internal Family Systems therapist.  She is also a Neufeld Institute informed parent consultant. She offers Christian-based counselling upon a client’s request.

Adele uses a holistic approach, integrating all domains of the human person—physical, psychological, emotional, and spiritual—in her work. She walks with her clients as they achieve inner harmony, turning chaos into peace and empowerment, embracing self-compassion as they essentially become students of themselves.

Adele enjoys working with people of all ages - children, adolescents, and adults, as they process grief and loss, life transitions, relationship struggles and stressors, as well as the ups and downs of day-to-day life. She accompanies individuals in cultivating a deeper awareness and connection with themselves and with others.

Having spent most of her life in Kamloops she is grateful for the opportunity to guide others on the journey to wellness and wholeness in her community and considers it a privilege to serve others as a therapist. Adele's interests include spending time making memorable connections with family and friends. She enjoys creation and taking time to examine the beauty that surrounds her when she is out for a walk, run or hike in our beautiful city.
