Are you an established and dedicated therapist specializing in complex and intergenerational trauma or grief and loss?

Living Bridges Therapy Collective is looking to grow its team of associates with future-focussed and committed individuals who wish to be a part of building something incredible in our community.

Living Bridges is a well-established therapy collective, serving Kamloops and area for more than 14 years. We have a seasoned leadership team with more than a century of experience helping and healing among them.

What we are looking for you to have:

• 2 or more years’ experience as a counsellor with an established client base.
• In-depth training in a trauma-focused modality such as EMDR, OEI or IFS.
• Availability 15-20 hours (part-time) or 20-25 hours (fulltime) per week for in-person or virtual appointments with clients.
• Commitment to ethical, client-centred practice.
• Completion/willingness to complete San’yas Cultural Safety Training.

Requirements:

• Master’s in clinical counselling or master’s in social work
• Either CCPA (CCC), BCACC (RCC), or RSW/RCSW  designation in good standing.
• Current Criminal Record Check for Vulnerable sectors.
• Professional Liability Insurance.
