She strives to create a safe, welcoming, and non-judgemental space where clients feel heard, respected, and accepted. She approaches therapy with empathy, compassion, curiosity, and the belief that clients are the experts in their own lives.
Every person’s story, values, and goals are unique and Lucía tailors her approach to meet each client where they are, considering their individual experiences, culture, strengths, and needs. She views mental health through an integrative lens, recognizing that our well-being is shaped by the connection between our biological, psychological, social, cultural, environmental and life experiences.
