Jaime (she/her) completed her Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology (MACP) program at Yorkville University in 2025. She completed her Bachelor of Science at the University of British Columbia in 2022 with a major in Psychology. Jaime has a background in mental health research and facilitating mental health groups for individuals of various ages. She moved from Ontario to British Columbia in 2014 and recently moved to Kamloops in 2023.

Jaime provides a warm and safe environment where her clients feel comfortable exploring their thoughts, feelings, and experiences without judgment. She is passionate about holding space for individuals to find their own paths to healing and growth and will approach each session with an open heart and a readiness to listen. She believes her clients are the experts on their own lives and is committed to providing a culture-sensitive space that celebrates the strengths of each person she works with. Her commitment to fostering a compassionate and empathetic approach allows her to connect deeply with clients, creating a therapeutic relationship built on trust and respect. Her goal is to foster a tailored approach that best suits each client’s unique needs and values.

Jaime is outside, reading a book, talking with family, or playing a board game with her partner in her free time.
