Group Therapy
Many of our counsellors offer group sessions exploring topics like grief, burnout, boundaries, and self-actualization. These are offered both in-person and virtually and are an affordable way to receive support for life transitions.
Training
for therapists and practicum students
Part of our commitment to the fields of psychology and social work is to support practicum students as they learn and this also affords us an opportunity to make counselling accessible to our community, as our students work at either reduced rates or on a pro-bono basis. We generally have these students available to support clients throughout the year.
Trauma & Crisis Response
When the worst happens and it’s difficult to carry on, our trained grief and trauma therapists can be on-site within a matter of days (and sometimes even hours) to support organizations, groups and businesses as their members process traumatic events like a sudden death or violent event.
